remember and find projects!)
From 2000 through
2003 interested members of Patchin' People have participated
in a summer
project.
Each person makes a designated amount of the same
block pattern using different
fabrics. The group
meets six to eight times throughout
the summer to exchange blocks with each
other.
Voila! Instead of each member
making all the blocks for their own quilt, they
have many blocks
with interesting
fabric combinations made by other members of the group.
Group participation has been around fifteen each summer.
2006
In the summer of 2006
there was no summer block exchange. Instead at the
September 2006 meeting, people signed up to participate in a block exchange
during the year. Stay tuned for more information!
