GROUP ACTIVITIES AND SHOW AND TELL
Encouraging each other
is an important and effective way to share and gain knowledge as well
as increase confidence in ourselves as well as others.
Bringing our projects for Show and Tell is a wonderful way to accomplish this.
Photos of members'
projects shown at recent meetings are in this gallery.
Apologies to any person whose project was not photographed---
please contact Donna Slusser to make arrangements to try again
or bring to the next meeting!

PROGRAM
"Left-Overs" by Sara Jane Perino.
This was a wonderful program of different ways to use left-overs----
blocks, small scraps, larger pieces of fabric and more! Sara Jane
brought a lot of show and tell to illustrate the many ways she uses
left-overs in her quits and projects!
Thanks for the inspiration, Sara Jane!

MYSTERY QUILT
PROJECT
We are doing a
year-long Mystery Quilt project. The unveiling of the
quilt tops will be
at the
May luncheon! A variety of color and fabric
palettes were shown to give us ideas! Step 2 was handed out----
half-square triangle units. Bring a few of your blocks to the next meeting
for show and tell.
Click here to see the blocks in
progress.
RAFFLE QUILT 2008
A big thanks to
Chris Pollastro and Georgia Williams for sewing the quilt top together. And to
Chris for doing the beautiful machine quilting! Sandy McCurdy is scheduling
the places where
the quilt will be exhibited in local businesses.

RAFFLE QUILT
2009
We work on the next
raffle quilt during the year. This year we will be using the
Mystery Quilt guidelines. Kits will be handed out at each meeting so we can
complete all the blocks and quilt top by May!
